The Pak Human rights activist, Yousufzai Malala,  had been honoured as UN declared 10 November to be celebrated as Malala day every year. Advocating Women's education, she was attacked by Talibanis past month. UN's official website stated that Education is a basic right of every one & development is through it. Malala has become an icon of bravery by raising voices of 10 lakh people who doesn't go to school. British ex-PM,Gordon Brown, declared Nov. 10 as Malala day. British senior minister commented that her bravery had emphasized upon need of education for all Pakistanis.
The Pak govt. has declared to provide scholarships to more than 30 lakh poor family girl students. President had approved it on Friday. Under the scheme, every girl shall be given 109 rupees per month.

2G Scam: The Supreme Court had stopped Delhi High Court's hearing of 2G spectrum allocation's pending petition. Also, various parties had been issued notices to give reply against the CBI's application within a period of six weeks. The CBI had cited SC's order dated Apr 11, 2011 wherein it was stated that no other agency would be allowed to hear the case. Earlier, on Nov. 8, it expressed it's anguish over hearing of the same by HC.
Anti-Corruption: The Central government had stated that during the upcoming auctioning of spectrum, the bidding companies would be allowed to take easy loan by way of ECB. The successful bidder would be allowed to refinance the loan taken initially from domestic banks. It would be self approved. It is to note that Spectrum auctioning would begin on Nov.12.
The telecon. companies sought relaxation in ECB rules as Banking industry is reluctant in this regard. Earlier too, for development in telecon. sector during 2010, the govt. had sanctioned payment of loan by way of external loan. It would be applicable to successful bidders only as "Bridge Finance".
