AAP,IMFCourt_rulings&Chemical_weapons

AAP: Delhi's Ex-MLA from AAP had been suspended from primary membership after audio sting
operation. He had sent legal notice to Vishwas and claimed for defamation, who had called him blackmailer. Other AAP leader had stated that disciplinary committee would decide upon his fate.
However, many other leaders had also termed him likewise. Such person should not be inside the party. On the other hand, he had stated that he had sent audio tape to Vishwas only and not for release before the media.
IMF: Amidst sluggish global economy, IMF chief had stated that India would have growth rate of
7.2% during current fiscal year and by 2019, it's GDP would be more that combined Japan & Germany.
She believes that India should take advantage of youth population as situation is favourable for being chief power.
The policy based reforms and better business environment are incentivized economy. The GDP is
estimated to be 7.2% based upon 2011-12 base year and during next year, it could be 7.5% due to which it would become biggest growth rate economy. By 2019, the size would be double of that during 2009. The PPP would render it's GDP double. It would be greater than combined Russia,
Brazil and Indonesia. The global economy had been in crisis since 2008. The crude oil had been incentivized. The global economy rate during the current year would be 3.5% and next year, it would be 3.7%.
Court rulings:
1. Aadhar Card: Supreme Court had commented that it's earlier order should be followed wherein it
was stated that those who do not have Aadhar card should not be discriminated. Those without Aadhar card could not be bereft of taking govt. schemes. The final hearing would be on second week of July.
Chemical weapons: Kurdish officials in Iraq had claimed that IS had used chemical weapons (Chlorine) on the Peshmarga fighters. After one of the attacks, soil and cloths were tested. It is to note that the Chemical weapons convention had banned Chlorine gas usage. The Netherlands based institute director had stated that Iraq had not demanded anything due to which such claim could not be confirmed. Kurdish officials had stated that EU accredited lab had tested samples.
Earlier, US Central command had stated that their specialist had died in air attack.
